Because we think that such love and passion can’t really be expressed by words.

Words limit the viewer’s fantasy and creativity. They are a powerful tool but are often misused and limiting. So, for every video we decide when a non-verbal language would actually be better for the ones watching our content.

You can use any device you want!

Our members area is fully responsive to smartphones, tablets, desktops and any other device (smart TV, console, etc).

Can I download the content?


Content cannot be downloaded.

But you will have unlimited super fast streaming from anywhere in the world (we use a top-notch service and technology for that) and have full access and unlimited viewing of all photos, galleries, stories, etc for the entire duration of your subscription.

You will be able to switch videos up to 7 different resolutions and up to 4K UHD but player normally adapt to the right one depending on your device and connection quality.

How can I recover my username and/or password?


If you have lost your password you can easily create a new one on the login page. Just hit “lost your password?” on the appearing screen.

If you don’t remember your username and/or your email get in touch with our support team via the below form.

If you have any matter related to billing, cards, etc, just get in touch with Verotel and follow their instructions.

How can I modify my subscription?


You can easily modify your membership, changing it from a plan to another.

Once your current subscription expires, login again and select “join now”. At that stage, you will be able to pick a new plan.

I can't login, why?


First of all, don’t try to login with multiple usernames and passwords too many times because you will be automatically blocked!

Even if your subscription ended, you should be able to login normally, only you won’t be able to access my premium content.

So, if you can’t login, it is mostly because you are entering the wrong username and/or password. Be sure that you don’t have your Caps Lock activated. We suggest you to write your password in a text editor and then paste it into the field, so to be sure to have spelled it correctly.

If you still can’t login, just further read the instructions about how to restore your credentials.

Is my connection secure and private?

How and when can I cancel my recurring billing?


You can do it ANYTIME and easily.

Login to your account and cancel through this form (make sure to follow the procedure till the end).

Keep in mind that when the billed period is over, you will not be able to access the premium content anymore. Despite that, your account will still be active in case you want to add a further subscription.

If you want to completely cancel your account and delete your personal data, login to your account and fill in the cancellation form, (make sure to cancel the subscription also with the merchant: Verotel).

Then, you will be able to cancel your personal data directly from your profile in the member area

How can I delete my account and personal data?


When the billing period is over, you will have to login and go to your profile page. There you have the options to download and delete your data as per GDPR.

Once we receive the request and your billing period is over, we will delete your data and account as per the legal GDPR framework, regardless of where you come from (EU and non-EU citizens).

Which personal data does your website and service collect?


We anonymise most of the data we collect from you. Therefore, we are unable to track you precisely.

The first digits of your IP and your email address are the only sensitive data we collect about you. We store them in agreement with the GDPR and you can ask for that data  to be downloaded and/or deleted anytime you want from your member profile page.

The rest of your sensitive data (name, surname, card info, etc) are stored in our merchants’s servers, not on this website.

How do you use/process my personal data?


We collect and process some of your sensitive data (your anonymised IP address and your email) to be able to offer you our service and for analytics purposes only. Learn more on our Privacy Policy, Terms of Service and GDPR Addendum.

How long do you hold the personal data that you collect?

As long as you are our customer we reserve the right to keep all the data we need to fulfill our contractual obligation. Nothing more than that.

But, you can at any time access your data, ask us which data we have, download it and withdraw your consent for this data to sit on our servers.

You can do that easily from your my profile page. If you decide to cancel your subscription, you can ask for your data to be completely deleted. We will only keep financial records until we meet our legal obligations.

What happens if I request you to delete all my Data ("right to be forgotten")?


If you want us to delete your data after your billing period is over, we will take care of your request and do so within the legal timeframe that the GDPR allows for that.

However, if you want your data to be deleted before your billing period is over, you should understand the consequences of that.

Complying with such a request to be forgotten, will, of course, cause a permanent termination of your account and subscription.

How do you deal with my purchasing transaction data and/or payment method information?


Be aware that none of the information about transactions and payment methods passes through our website. We do not process nor store any data related to payment methods, transactions, personal info, etc on my end.
